Committed to community matters

Giving back on both a local and global level is intrinsic to Meridian Wealth Management’s culture.

Our managing partners believe in leading by example. We serve as mentors, volunteers and board members in multiple organizations encouraging and subsidizing involvement by our many clients.

On a local level, our managing partners serve on the boards of the Puksta Foundation and Boulder County Aids Project, and support several other important programs. We mentor at-risk youth through Kids Hope. We also work to provide outdoor therapy to children with physical, behavioral, cognitive and emotional disabilities through the National Sports Center for the Disabled.

We also support academic success at area schools through better nutrition. It’s estimated that 22% of all children in Colorado struggle with hunger, and hungry kids can’t learn. On a quarterly basis, our managing partners provide nutritious snack bars and 100% fruit juices to more than 25 Denver and 15 years of service to Front Range schools. To date, we’ve distributed more than 75,000 snack bars and 32,400 juice boxes to Colorado children through Meridian Wealth Management’s Breakfast Club. In fact, we were honored as St. Vrain Valley School District’s business volunteer of the year for these ongoing efforts.

Globally, Meridian Wealth Management has worked to involve our clients in the Save the Children (STC) program. For more a decade, we’ve sponsored more than 110 disadvantaged children in some of the world’s poorest and most dangerous areas. STC provides children in need with access to education, medical care, safe water and nutrition. Sponsors correspond with their child thus creating a unique connection that impacts both sponsor and child. Our total investment to date is over $300,000. We are the largest corporate sponsor in Colorado and the fourth largest in the country.

We at Meridian Wealth Management are passionate supporters and advocates of the organizations with whom we engage. We respect and support our employees’ individual choices of community involvement and civic engagement. We offer scheduling flexibility and individual financial funding to advance these efforts. In 2016 alone, Meridian Wealth Management and its managing partners contributed more than $58,000 to local and global organizations, and invested almost 200 hours volunteering, mentoring and serving on boards.
